Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years or older

• Must be a single individual or a legally married couple (no unmarried partners living together)

• Must have an available room with a window that is at least 40 sqft

• Must have current legal status in the United States

• Must have a stable income that covers your current necessary expenses (e.g. food, gas)

• Must be healthy enough to care for persons who are placed in your home (cleared by a medical provider).

• All persons above the age of 18 who reside in the household must pass a background check.

• Must complete proctor parent training (32 hours) and submit various documents for licensure.

• Must provide a safe environment for persons placed in your home. There is no tolerance for any form of physical, sexual, or emotional abuse or neglect, and will likewise be reported.
